Diet recipe - slim down your body

Today I'm going to introduce one diet recipe for u guys who want to diet.. I'm diet-ing..[chuckle] 
Today recipe is healthy vege porridge.

I'm going to teach u guys how to cook the diet food with healthy.

First , you should cook the porridge.
Then add all the ingredient to porridge.

The ingredient included:

Potato.


Chicken meat and some fish ball.
I use chicken meat is because the chicken meat don't hv too much calories.
It's good for diet also. 
Some vege .. I like vege.

It's lettuce..

The different type of (mushroom).

It's a final good..hehe
Diet porridge.. The taste is good but I know the look not so nice. You can add some pepper and soya sauce when you are serving. Hope u guys love it..
